This playful running event takes place every year in March in the grandiose Parco Giardino (Garden Park) Sigurtà located in Valeggio sul Mincio, a town in the Verona hinterland.
The foot race – founded in 2016 - is coloured every year by a different soul: after the hippy race and the one dedicated to the Country world is the turn of a whole Rock edition.

This race attracts thousands of people among experienced runners, enthusiasts, nature lovers and even entire families for funny experiences in nature. 
The strong point is that it can be experienced by everyone, because everyone can adjust their pace according to their personal needs, going from sustained running to simple walking. 

Each participant has the opportunity to choose the favourite route, between three different distances. The first two routes are respectively 2.5 km and 6 km long and run entirely within the Park Sigurtà, while the third– 10 km long– also extends to the neighbouring countryside. 

The intention of the organizers is to offer everyone the opportunity to enjoy a nice day in the pleasant company in a green park, without facing too challenging routes for their physical preparation. An alternative way to stay together and receive all the benefits of a healthy outdoor activity. 

The spring race has become one of the most popular events within the rich event calendar of Park Sigurtà, for this reason it requires a prior registration, which allows you to manage better the organization.
You can register as individual, or in groups of at least 15 people. It is better to register as soon as possible to be sure to receive the race package including the T-Shirt, because given the large turnout of participants, it is not guaranteed for everyone.

To make the atmosphere sparkling, there is the animation of Radio Pico (a local radio), that will be ready to give the charge to the athletes during their efforts and to cheer all the participants to the rhythm of rock.
