The 41st edition of “Expo Riva Hotel” is held in Riva del Garda from 5 to 8 February 2017.
The fair is dedicated to the world of HORECA (Hotel-Restaurant-Café or Hotel-Restaurant-Catering) and stands out for the quality of the exhibitions and meetings for professional hoteliers and restaurateurs. The Expo is subdivided into four themes and eight pavilions: Food & Equipment, Eco-Wellness & Consulting, Indoor & Outdoor Contract, Coffee & Beverage. The surplus is the “Expo Riva Hotel Academy” with more than 40 seminars and workshops to deepen and update your knowledge and find new solutions to meet the increasingly competitive market requirements. The intention is clear: to improve the profitability of a structure one needs the right tools, knowledge and methodologies in the fields of customer satisfaction, table design, brand reputation, guest experience, web reputation, innovate hospitality and much more. Furthermore, there are interesting culinary competitions like the “Street Food Contest” linked to the rediscovery of street food and the “Jam Cup 2017” all abour rice. In addition, the following two areas will be expanded: “SoloBirra” (handmade beers) and “RPM – Riva Planet Mixology” (cocktails and mixed drinks with exclusive ingredients and internationally renowned bartenders).
